"Regulations" means the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, as amended, and all circulars, guidelines and directions issued thereunder.

The Firm is registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser and is permitted to provide investment advisory services in accordance with the Regulations.

Content displayed on the Site in the form of articles, blogs, market commentary, screeners, calculators or educational tools is general in nature and does not constitute personalised investment advice unless the User has separately entered into a written investment advisory agreement with the Firm and has undergone the requisite risk profiling and suitability assessment under Chapter III of the Regulations.

Any personalised advisory service shall be governed by a separate client agreement, fee agreement and risk profiling documentation, which shall take precedence over these Terms in respect of that specific engagement.

To register as a Client, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and KYC (Know Your Client), including PAN, identity and address proof, and financial information, in accordance with the SEBI (KYC Registration Agency) Regulations, 2011.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Firm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You shall not: (i) modify, copy, or create derivative works from any Content; (ii) use any Content for commercial redistribution or public display; (iii) reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape any part of the Site; (iv) remove any proprietary or regulatory notices; or (v) use the Site to impersonate the Firm or misrepresent your registration/affiliation status.

This licence terminates automatically upon any breach of these Terms and may otherwise be terminated by the Firm at its discretion.

Advisory fees, where applicable, shall be charged strictly in accordance with the fee structure prescribed under the Regulations and SEBI circulars issued from time to time, and shall be disclosed to the Client prior to onboarding.

The Firm does not accept fees that are linked to, or contingent upon, the performance or returns of a Client's portfolio.

All applicable taxes, including GST, shall be borne by the Client in addition to the advisory fee, unless otherwise stated.

Nothing on the Site or in any communication from the Firm shall be construed as a guarantee or assurance of returns. Investments in securities are subject to market risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

The Site and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
