As required under extant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we enclose herewith copies of newspaper advertisement of Notice of AGM, published today in Financial Express and Vijayavani (regional language) Kannada newspaper.
