In response to the Tender Offer made by AGPH (Thailand)Ltd., Thailand (Tender Offeror) to acquire all of the ordinary shares of Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Ltd., (PTL) (a 51% subsidiary of the Company), Company has today received a copy of the ''Report on the Results of the Securities Acquisition'' informing that 162,812,291 nos. of Ordinary Shares constituting 18.09% of the paid up share capital of PTL have been tendered and acquired by the aforesaid Tender Offeror. A copy of the Report in Form256-2 is attached.
