Intimation of Closure of Trading window for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2026
The Corrigendum to the Postal Ballot Notice ("Corrigendum") is being issued in continuance to the Postal ballot Notice dated August 31, 2026 together with explanatory statement thereof and shall be deemed to be an integral part of the Postal Ballot Notice, the corrigendum to the Postal ballot notice has also been dispatched to the members of the company through electronic means.
Closure of trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company by the designated persons and their immedite relatives shall remain close w.e.f. 01st July 2026 till 48 hrs after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ending on 30th June 2026
