In continuation of our letter dated July 08, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, has inter alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee. The same has been enclosed herewith along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditor''s thereon. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4:30 p.m. and concluded at 5:24 p.m. You are requested to take the same on records.
